Quality Control

Inomax product quality control for both software and hardware process.

For hardware ,we use good quality hardware ,key components are from top brand ,details as below.

For software ,we only do compare with top brand top series for example, AB ,Siemens ,Lenze ,Yaskawa,Mitsubishi...

we do test of with real motor compare with their function and performance ,must make sure our product the performance the same level or better than them.

During production process ,there have strict inspection during every process step.
1,For PCAB, we use 100% automatically SMT machine ,The SMT process is comprehensively gathered into some phases, specifically: patch glue printing, parts situation, and reflow binding. Every process we do inspection by 100% for every piece.

after finish PCB process ,we use automatica machine to test the PCBA board to ensure there have no any components missing and every components are well welding.

For the PCB board ,after passed the inspecition ,will doing coating process.

for all the PCB board we use automatically coating painting machines.

After coating ,will doing assamble,because there have so many different parts inside frequency inverters especially the big power ones, even the screws ,more than 100 types.so all the assambles staffs are skillful workers to enusre the good quality.

After finish assamble ,we will test frequency drives with real motor to make sure the function for every terminals and buttons are without problem,what's more with real motors can also test the VFD protection ,like over-voltage stall, under-voltage, current limit, overload, overheat, over speed, Input phase loss, Output phase loss, , external disturbance, analog line disconnected,etc… ,as well as the multi speed control ,torque control and tension control functions.

this inspection are made for every unit.it is 100% inspection.

After passed all inspection ,we will do strong package to do good proection of products.
